gas..gas...and more gas.
 

Loaded the arb bin modified to correct the fans on a 89 350. Vats were already disabled.

Actual started right up..with a liitle push on the accelerator. Looked back and a gas rich cloud was poofing out the back end.

At least I burned the chip (apparantly) but what went wrong to make it run so poorly?

Did you get any SES lights? did you change the injector constant?

I've pretty much solved the problem. Had the chip in backwards. I used the pocket programmer ZIF socket as a reference for the one on Craigs adapter. Wrong move.

Suprised it actually cranked up at all.
