o2_tables_8D spreadsheet?

When I downloaded some of the S_aujp files I also got a spreadsheet named as shown above.
Can anybody tell me, or explain, how to use it? It looks like it'd be really handy if I could figure out how to use it. I tried editing some cells in the spreadsheet, but they seem to be "protected".

For your own protection so things don't get changed by accident
You can only change the top two items to obtain your "shift" besides the actual table values at the bottom. The top section is view only.

What I did after reading RBobs description of the fueling control was to apply it to the tables in AUJP so I could understand the relationships between the values in the tables. (I highly recommend reading his description of fueling operation while reviewing the sheet) The descriptions of "windows" and crossing thresholds need to be understood to effectivly tweak your values.

After writing it all out how the values work together I saw how I could "shift" the switching points all at once by only changing the coolant offset table(L4F6). Otherwise you have to individually change 3 tables and possibly the window value if desired. This usually caused strange problems because I didn't change them correctly.

How I did it was by adding an offset to all 3 table values.
The coolant modifier table can only subtract from the other values so this was an easy way to allow me to add to them as well.
I added 100 to all values but only subtracted 50 from each by the coolant table. That gave a net increase of 50 mV.
As the starting point 1 have added 100 to all tables except coolant,
Then I used the coolant table to remove 100.
This equals the stock setting again.

This gives you a way to make the values anything desired and can see how they "line up" so you don't have problems guessing. (too much anyway)

The actual table addresses are listed above each item so you can locate them easily.

If you scroll down a bit there are a few lines of instruction.
Paste in the values from your tables where shown.
If you want to make individual changes you can do that where you pasted the original data. To shift everything, just use the top two boxes.

There is a place at the bottom to get the resultant tables to type back into your bin.

NOTE *****
One thing I found after creating the sheet was that some $8D bins have coolant modifiers in the table.
AUJP is completly zero'd out by default.
Be sure to use the values from your existing setup if desired.
Have fun :welcome:
John

Ps,
I did do something else wrong.
I made ALL of the coolant modifiers (blue cells above graph) = the "change" box value and didn't give a user a way to tweak them individually.
Once you feel comfortable adjusting, use "JP86SS" to unprotect the sheet.

wow.....

well, I guess I'll just have ponder that.
I'm going to go search for RBobs description of the fueling control...I'll ask again if I cannot find it.
Thanks a lot for all your explanations...

No problem.
Here's a link to it in the guide book.
