minimum pulse width

My port fuel injectors(M9532AA302) @ 24 lbs fuel/39 psi FP are published at .521 milli secs. I will be using them first in my 350 soon and then next year in a 377 if all goes according to plan. I dont expect any idle issues.

Currently i am using what I believe to be late model 7.4L injectors rated 75 lbs at 12 lbs FP part #12112560.

What is the minimm repeatable PW for this injector?

I believe I am at 1.6-1.7 msec at idle currently. Is there a setting/constant in EBL that can reduce the minimum? It seems that when I change the row of 20 MAP at all RPMs I am still seeing 1.6-1.7 for DE as well as DFCO yet the lights are lit in WU and both I believe are enabled.

Post the fuel pressure you are going to use and I'll crunch the data for the injector compensation values. Also note that when going port on the EBL Flash, there are different entries for some of the injector values. Some for TPI, and others for port.

Also, with the Port Mod, the EBL ECM will go to single fire mode once the injector PW gets small.

FIC provided the inj comp values as part of the sale. I was just wondering if I can get my TBI injectors to a lower PW....Moot point in another month....

Is this perhaps why I may see decel going lean, even w/o DFCO active? PW is so small it's going asynch?

What if you disallow asynch? flag?

LT5 is SFI, it is already single fire.
