Mini Programmer Help please

2 Attachment(s)
My Mini programmer has burnt me many successful chips. I have mainly done 6e (16kb) and used a 27FSST 512 EEPROM. On the mini programmer you simply select chip start as shown, for 16k it is 00C000. This places the data at the end of the chip and works 100% of the time.

I am currently trying to burn a axxyd chip (32kb) SD '90 and select 008000, as I am also using the 512. I seem to be getting the correct data and with it in the right place ie at the end. I notice a lot of the cells are filled with 00 as pictured. Is this correct- it looks the same in Tuner RT in the hex cells. So far te chip has thrown a SES code and the car goes into limp home.
