ok, so what sensor blew and where is it located?
This is on the digital systems check part of the dash.... instead of reading PONTIAC, it says "R Door", , meaning my right, passenger door is open, which it isnt..

it should be the same as the light sensor, does your dome light stay on, it is going to be easy to find, it has to be in the door jam some place, should be a brass color looking pin.

my digital dash in the gta reads rlamp, and all the lights work, its just that funky digi dash

I never cared much for that digital dash stuff, the best dash is the dash that came in 90 - 92 model Camaros all electronic but Anolog gauges.

The door sensor is in the latch itself.I know because I have a digidash body harness and the door latches for it,to install in my car.The switch for the dome light has nothing to do with the digidash.

Hmmm mine has the FLAMP and WASHER lit up...and i have problems with both haha so it works for something.

Digital dash rocks...such a different feeling in the car and glancing down at a digital tach and speedo.

especially at night drivin down the highway,

As for your problem im not sure, check the sensor knob in the door jamb, maybe the wiring is grounding out.
