looks like that would be a no....unless you put a filter at the end of the flex and did away with the inlets.....

I imagine the stock TPI filters could be used in their stock location.....

yes you can put air filters where ever your customization idea desires. It would need to be cut down about an inch, and the metal bracket peice be jb welded or WELDED which ever is best for you. Be creative.
