1.50 isky solid roller valve springs and del west retainers

These were dyno take offs from hendrick motor sports. So they basically take a 800 dollar set of springs and do a few dyno pulls then sell them. I paid 300 for them a few years ago and ran them on my 396 lt1 that made 570 na rwhp for about 5000 miles most of it was sat night street racing and twice to the track. I had a 670 lift solid roller which when I got them I asked the nascar engine guys and they said they would never break with that little cam so who knows what they throw at them for cam lift. They are 1.50 out side measurement with a caliper. I had them set up at 325 on the seat and 680 open if I remember correctly and turned that 392 7800 rpms with no valve float. When I pulled them I checked them all and they all were with in 5 lbs of each other at the exact installed height. The retainers alone are 200 to 300 bucks so asking 150 for it all is more than a fair price for some one needing some high end stuff for a steal. I just will never use them again so like to help someone get a project done rather than just let them sit. I have lost most of the keepers 10 degree most likely but have 9 of them still so can match up what you need to get the rest of them. this is a once in a life time deal they are some special tooled steel for 10,000 rpm use so street and drag race will never break something made to turn 10k for sustained use. any questions just ask.

Yea sure want here or email them to u? I can take some tonight. Springs were all glass beaded to stress relieve or something my builder recommended years ago but been in side my house in a spring box with the retainers. I had it setup pretty aggressive but if u know nascar they run huge flat cams so run a ton of pressure to keep it from floating at 10k. 350 seat and 750 open is a drop in the bucket for these type I ran them a little less on a 392 lt1 solid roller 258 266 and around 700 lift. I put around 3-5k on the car so like new. It was a drag car so didn't see much street some sat night racing stuff and all track. A steal just don't want to give away as doing some other projects and need some help money wise now. Let me know where to send pics and will take some when get home from work tonight

All springs were glass beaded prior to running them. Since ran just cleaned and boxed up

Del west retainers in great shape bottoms have very little to no seat wear.

Would these be too much for a 355 with edelbrock performer rpm e-tec heads with 1:6 roller rockers with comp xfi 268 cam?

Yea for sure. These are for a solid roller camshaft. Now I have another set that I haven't put up for sale yet that are from a new set of bow tie heads so they are new not ever ran. I have the keepers retainers and springs. That would be much better for your setup. I believe the spring was good for 600 or 650 lift. Plenty of spring but not too much. Will do at same price if interested. Might even have some spring cups to fit those so would be all set with that setup I have.

They are a gm performance part not sure of part number. Know we're setup 130 on seat and around 350 open which is good for a roller cam like yours. Same ones came on a lot of gm performance heads like fast burns at one point and all the bow tie race heads. We were using a solid roller in that car so took of right out of the box and had them since.
