Brand new in box coolant reservoir, 88-92 style (purchased from Ecklers). I had trouble getting the cap to screw on this one because the hole is a bit large but it turns out all the bottles are that way.

All vendors sell this same part so if you pass this up then you'll just spend more money for the same thing.
