Take some pictures of the engine compartment with the wiring that is unknown to you and post them here, we'll try help from there.

It would be helpful to know which engine it had from the factory (tell us what the 8th character of the VIN is).

VIN H is the LG4 4 bbl 305. Did these harnesses all come out of this car? In my first response I assumed the harnesses were still installed in the car.

The first picture is your ECM harness. The group of connectors in the center go into the passenger compartment and connect to the ECM. The big connector just before them is where it passes through the passenger side kick panel. That green connector by itself on the left side of your picture is a test connector - it just hangs free when not in use. Looks like a wire or two is broken (on the MAP sensor - the thing mounted on the bracket). The wires with the eyelet are grounds that go to engine on the back of the passenger side head. The rest of them can be sorted out when you have the engine in and the harness laid out.

The second picture is your main engine harness and some of the lights. The part with the shield goes to the starter - the large wires go to the starter terminal with the battery cable, the small purple wire is the start signal that goes to the small terminal on the starter solenoid. That bunch looks a little cooked, might want to make sure those wires are all okay. The connector in the upper left goes to the connector on the firewall in the rear driver side of the engine compartment. The part with the rubber hood (which is kind of mangled) with the masking tape on it goes to the alternator. The rest of them can be sorted out when you have the engine in and the harness laid out.

The third picture is your main lighting harness. The large connector in the center with the larger light bulb resting next to it goes to the same connector on the firewall in the driver side rear corner as the main engine harness. I'd look that harness over carefully - the connector doesn't look too healthy.

The 4th picture of the engine compartment doesn't have any engine-related harnesses left. Left side is the heater/AC, right side next to the steering column is cruise control. Looks like your fuel lines were butchered - not sure why people do stuff like that.
