6.0 swap hey I’m new here just bought a 90 model firebird formula that I’m putting a 2004 Vortec 6.0 in. My main question is transmission. What transmission do I need? I’ve found some 4l60e out of 2wd 5.3 trucks. Will this transmission work and what all will be needed to make it fit in my bird. Thanks in advance |

They relocate the mounting location from the transmission tail housing (OEM style on 3rd and 4th gen cars) to a mount directly on the cross member. |
