which catback system sounds best? have a 89 305 tbi. I'm wondering what some of your opinions are on the best sounding catback system.heard the hooker system is good.....Whats the BEST OF THE BEST for a nice deep V-8 tone??? |

I dunno why, but it sounded better than my 81 GMC 1/2 ton with a 305. It had the same glass packs. I'm sure it was partly due to the length of the pipes, the cam, intake, etc. But IMO, it sounded better even though it was a smaller motor. Only your ears have to be happy.
