Looking for Dyno Don header install tip

I am installing Dyno Don headers on my 87 Camaro, L98 auto, 88+ serpentine accessories.

The driver's side practically fell into place... OK, I recently did the Astro steering shaft mod, so that wasn't frozen in place, and came out again easily. At that time, I already bent the brake lines out of the way, so I had lots of clearance to get the header in.

The passenger's side is much tighter. The AC housing certainly doesn't help. Manifold is out (duh!), as are the plugs, AIR diverter, and starter...
1) Install from the top or bottom?
2) Will removing the valve cover make a difference?... just that much extra clearance?
3) Do I have to eliminate the metal coolant line on the frame?
4) Pull the passenger's side motor mount bolt and lift the engine a little?

Thanks,
Joe

Thanks, Don. Thanks, too, for the quick build.
