Figured those who like documentation and stuff would want this.

found this in the 89 formula 350 parts car we got.

comes with everything in the pictures:
- the gray lock nut cover (one) is in the unopened wrapper.
-General Motors instruction sheet showing how to install wheel locks.
-Wheel lock key registration card (no information on back filled out)
-Security lug nuts sticker (never peeled from sticker backing)
