Has anybody installed a "Bolt" on cowl ?
 
Looking at the JEGS flyer, seein some bolt on cowls and wonderin if anybody has done this and just cut out the hood to make it functional....

Biggest problem is the shame of the hood. Most bolt on pieces are made to attach to a flat surface but your firebirds hood is far from flat. Im sure its possible but there would be quite a bit of fitment and possible body work to make it fit.

Get a stock flat hood, build a mock up of the scoop you want on it out of styrofoam blocks and clay. Take a mold from it in fiberglass use to make a scoop out of glass.

If you end up that far into it, It would be better just to make a mold of the entire hood. then make your self a new hood.
