Steel A/C delete box
 

I want to make or buy a steel A/C delete box for my 87 formula. Who has made one before and how did you do it. I would like it to stick maybe an inch out of the firewall so i can mount My MSD box and coil on it. could I maybe even put a plate over it and fab up a filter for the heater box hole.

A.C. Delete for all 82-92 F-body. (Camaro, Firebird, Trans Am) Allows you to remove the evaporator core housing cleaning up the firewall, and maintain the heater function. Flat top allows for optimal placement of MSD box on firewall. Holes marked in factory location. I would use fiberglass I'm just worried that it's not strong enough. But if it is strong enough to hold the MSD and coil yeah I will use it.
