1991 Trans Am GTA $3800 15 Attachment(s) Hey guys, it saddens me but I am coming to a point where I need to let my 1991 Trans Am GTA go. I am coming close to the end of my college career I need to start thinking about getting my massive amounts in loans paid off and can't afford to keep up with this awesome car. It has just over 107,000 mi on it and it runs and drives great. It has a 5.0L TPI motor, 700r4 automatic transmission, and a posi rear end. I have put a good amount of work into it and I have all of the receipts for everything that has been done since I have owned it. The body is very straight and the interior is in pretty good condition. Plus, the t-tops only leak if you go through an automatic car wash. I never have had them leak any other time. Things I have done: New tires New water pump and lower radiator hose New tensioner and belt Replaced all the old vacuum lines Magnaflow high flow catalytic converter & catback exhaust Spark plugs & wires New distributor, cap & rotor, ignition control module Ignition coil Bosch III injectors (recently ran on flow bench and cleaned) Replaced fuel rail & fuel pressure regulator New EGR valve New EGR solenoid New AIR tubing New throttle position sensor New idle air control valve K&N air filter New fuel sending unit, pump, screen, & filter Frequent oil changes New headlight motors Valve cover gaskets Valve adjustment Intake & throttle body gaskets Transmission mount Rear sway bar bushings & end links Panhard bar bushings Coolant temp sensor Intake air temp sensor Things it needs: Front sway bar end links & bushings AC recharge (still R12 system as far as I can tell so may need to be converted) Cosmetics (will need new paint eventually, has clear coat peel on spoiler and driver's mirror) Windshield Replacement (has crack on driver's side) To pass emissions* *It runs extremely well but for some reason will not pass emissions. I have changed almost every part and sensor that could affect the system and it still just barely fails. I am asking $3800 and I would really like this car to go to someone who can take care of it. I am continuously working on it and trying to get it to pass emissions so the price may increase accordingly. I live in Queen Creek, Arizona and will gladly set up a time to show it. Thanks for looking! P.S. - Confederate plate does not come with the car and the Magnaflow pipes have been replaced with more stock looking pipes. |

Re: 1991 Trans Am GTA $3800 What did you end up selling for if you don't mind? I was going to buy this car but you sold two weeks too early! I was the guy with the R6 I was selling/trading. |

Re: 1991 Trans Am GTA $3800 No worries. I'm bummed my bike didn't sell fast enough. Thanks for the info. It will help if I ever find another for sale. |
