IPB - TRIM-DESIGN INTERIOR
R8T - CONTROL, SALES ITEM NO. 69 PROCESSING OPTION
R9X - CONTROL, SALES ITEM (not sure what #)
YA7 - ????????
LAY - possibly refers to interior trim or a trim combination

Many RPO's do not refer directly to certain option or features, but are there for factory/dealer assistance or logistics.

ya i looked at it again its a 1 instead of a L. and what does control sales number mean?

That's about the best I can do regarding the numbers and their related RPO codes. Many of them are not related to how the car is built and optioned out but are for tracking, records, book-keeping and other administrative related duties.
But, if anyone can further shed some light on what they exactly mean, that would be great.
