Brake pedal bracket?

Hi this is Steve. I have a 91 Z28 with an automatic transmission. I took it to a shop to have the patch panels installed on the firewall. The shop closed down and parts lost along the way. My question is on the brake pedal, is there supposed to be a bracket underneathe the steering column where the brake pedal attaches? Please let me know if there exists and let know on the part number. Thanks, guys.

Thank you, these photos really help. I really appreciate it, also do you know if there is a company that sells a CD with these diagrams on it?

I don't think he sells anymore. There is a Parts & Illustration Cat. for sale on site.
