Here are some pics. The removable contact has corrosion and there is a small crack or scratch on one side. I bet if the contact was cleaned up it would work fine. The retaining tabs are both still present.

I will take $30 shipped for it, I didn't realize the small mark on the side of it. I can ship it out same day as I receive payment (as long as I can get to the post office in time).
