I was thinking of doing the same when I redid my interior! But I just decided to go all black. I think it would look nice though...

I already have new grey carpet and headliner but black leather seats I think might look cool.

my interior is gray stock, but i have a set of 4th gen seats which need to be recovered, and i want to do black leather seats but not sure if they'd look good

My rear seats are at the upholstery shop in my home town, 7 hours away (I was home for a week, gave them to the shop and they didn't get finished by the end of my leave).
However, I have some black leather buckets out of a saturn in my car, I can take a picture or two to give you the idea.

Or - you can just change the carpet to black, get 4th gen seats. My interior was originally sand gray…which probably looked awesome it's first 10 years of life. After that…not so much. About as bad as white interior. I did this last winter - it's a lot of work and quite a few bucks to change though…unless you paint your plastics…then it'd be much cheaper.

Just got seats and door panels done last week. Haven't put panels on yet. Still a little more left to do in the interior.
