As Many Of Us May Know 3rd Gens Have Terrible Gauges None Of Mine Worked No Speed Gas No Temp Volts No Tach So I Decided im Just gonna Start Over With All Aftermarket I Took Everything Out The Cluster Area...How Can I Make or Buy a Custom Panel and Physically Add the Gauges into the Factory Panel to make it Look Factory ?

Perhaps it's just a blown fuse that powers the gage pod?

Regardless, people are going to want to know the year and type of car.

Yeah I Tried that the Fuses Were Good Its Just The Whole Cluster Was Bad I Also Know My Fuel Sending Unit Is Bad Too
The Cluster Never Seated Properly With the Connectors In the Back it uses that Film Type of Material That is 30 years old and is Very Brittle its a Waste of Time

I don't know that our cars have terrible gauges. Mine have always worked well. I've had to use graphite on the speedo cable once or twice, but car IS almost 30 years old. ...tach was always pretty close, albeit not a precision instrument.

Regardless, nothing wrong with aftermarket. Covan's makes a panel, either blank or with gauges. Lots of guys making their own. It's kinda one of those things where if ya can't dig in there and figure it out (physically, not electronically) then I'm not sure a picture is gonna help. Making them fit is the easy part. The electrical isn't too bad either, but it's less intuitive than simply cutting a hole in a plastic overlay.
