LS1 (Ross pistons, ARP bolts), reverse split cam, adjust timing set...MORE!

Hey all. I didnt post a for sale thread here... Not sure why!

Hopefully its not against the rules, but Im going to post a link to the LS1tech sale thread. Basically so you can see the pics. Too much hassle to put them all here while Im at work. If its a problem, just let me know and Ill edit this thread with all the info and remove the link.

Here's what I have...Im going to put everything you'd get in one lump description here. Things are def available separately. But Ide LOVE it if someone just came and took everything out of my hair haha.

NOT looking to ship right now. Might ship some of the smaller stuff, but not the whole deal.

-99+ LS1 block built by ARE
- Ross custom boost pistons with reliefs
- Stock resized rods, one is bent...hence the pull out
- ARP rod bolts.
- Rear cover with good RMS
-Stock 317 heads from a 02 6.0. Needs cleaned up, but otherwise they're ok.
-Comp Cams 228 224 .588 .581 113 (cam card in the tech thread)
-Cloyes adjustable timing set
-Stock LS1 lifters and trays
-Dual spring kit (seats, seals if they'll come off, springs, retainers) Not sure of the brand...they were installed with the cam though so specs should match up with it. 317 heads have springs so you can use the locks from them

Things that Im throwing in that you might not need...but are yours if you want.
-LQ4 water pump...very low miles.
-LQ4 mounts
-LQ4 oil pan, pick up, oil pump, windage tray
-ANYTHING else I have that you want that I dont need hahah.

Thinking around $1000 for everything out the door.

This motor ran great when it was in the car. Many of you have seen my threads. It was hydrolocked in a rain storm. Was at idle, sucked water, shut off, and was never turned over until dry. Thats when it was obivous a rod bent. NO other damage was done as a result of this. Its a pretty light bend in the rod.

I think you could replace the rod, and the short block would treat you well. If you want to freshen things up, a LIGHT clean up on the bores, new rings, and any bearings you want to replace would probably do great.

Let me know! Any questions...ask away. I KNOW Im forgetting some things. The other thread is more long winded.

Motor is in 19320...Near Coatesville, PA. I can bring it to Norristown 19401 given time to borrow a truck and get it loaded. I can also have it in West Chester, PA available during the work day.

Pistons and rods are now out of the block. More people were interested in them alone. I numbed everything just in case someone wanted it all..they could go back in their respective bores.

Im going to remove the rings, because a couple had odd corrosion on them, and I dont know anyone who would reuse them anyway on a build. Ill clean the grooves a little and snap some pics of them. There is a little wear on the skirts, but otherwise they still seem nice.

Block still has the crank in it because the bearings are still good and everything is still tight including end play. It can come out too obviously.

So...thats where Im at now. Im going to post some separate for sale threads on tech...because my main one is too big and confusing. Ill link them here.
