Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 Hey guys, I just washed my car for the first time this season and snapped some quick pics. The quality is somewhat lacking because of fluctuating cloud cover and the absense of a picturesque location (too lazy to move it from my driveway haha). Anyway, after I wax and or do a full detail (portal cable and all---whichever comes first) I'll actually take the car somewhere and snap some good pictures. Also, just got the windows tinted and installed a '01 Monsoon Cd player from an SS Camaro...let me know what you think... http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...6/DSC00481.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...6/DSC00482.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...6/DSC00483.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...6/DSC00484.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...6/DSC00485.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...6/DSC00486.jpg |

Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 see thats the good thing about t-tops on a black car. you get to enjoy t-tops but dont have to put up with a mismatched roof (i remember i hated how the top of my old car was black...just didnt look as clean) |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 wow, that car looks amazing, I dont think Ive ever seen a black and red heritage before.

Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 Car looks awesome man. |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 Beautiful car, now Im wondering if I should go with Red stripes on my Black Z when I get it repainted. |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 Looks great! I'm curious as to why your car doesn't have red accented wheels and red rocker emblems. Is it because the interior is black? All of the black/red heritage cars I've seen have had red interiors. |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 lol maybe they ran out of red rocker emblems.... |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 Cars lookin great Adam! Has that car left the driveway yet...just playin. Looks mint as always, cant say the same with my car anymore its all go no show. Any chance you are going to carlisle this year? I think i may make it up for a day. |

Only 380 miles since I've been home since the summer. I haven' t really taken any long trips so the only place I really go is to the gym, the bank, friends' houses or the store. |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 you cant at least take the time to cruise in it on a sunday or something? is you love for the car fading? |

Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 I just picked up a set of 10 Spoke SS wheels from an LS1 Camaro...how do you guys think they'd look on my car? I'm still not sure if I want to put them on or stick with the stockers... |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 I actually like the updated radio look.. The original makes the center-stack look very dated.. |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 Went to the Camaro Nationals/GM Carlisle Show today and got some good pictures of my car and saw some AWESOME 3rd gens (along with many other sweet F-bodies and GM vehicles). Heres some pics of my car at the show, and if people want I can post some pictures that i took of some really nice 3rd gens in the main A&D section. Also note that prior to the Camaro Nationals I did a full detail: Step 1: Wash Step 2: Claybar Step 3: Tropicare Swirl Remover, light cutting pad, Porter Cable Step 4: Tropicare Polish/Sealant, finishing pad, Porter Cable Step 5: Hand waxed with Klearkote Moose Wax (carnuba) Step 6: cleaned windows, sprayed tires, cleaned wheels, etc. After the detail: http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...6/DSCN1504.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...6/DSCN1510.jpg At Carlisle: http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3.../carlisle2.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...6/DSCN1521.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...6/DSCN1523.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...6/DSCN1524.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...6/DSCN1525.jpg http://i31.photobucket.com/albums/c3...6/DSCN1526.jpg |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 Awesome car man! You have one of my dream cars :) |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 Thats a gorgeous machine you have there, my 91 Road race car is in pieces and I only hope it will look half as good as yours, I should have some pics of my 83 summer daily driver up though:driving: |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 very nice looking car |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 Everything looks great with the exception of one thing, the passenger rear seams to sit much higher than the rest of the car in all your pics. My car used to do that a bit before I lowered it. Ever consider lowering it? |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 That is a beautiful Heritage Z!!!! I have a long way to go, but one day I'll get there with my Heritage also. |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 Nice pics! Be sure to post more of your pics from Carlisle!!! |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 nice car that exactly the way i want mine to look like. |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 nice looking car |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 wow, i LOVE the way that radio looks in there! now i just gotta figure out how to make one of those look at home in my 84 firebird! i even have a good aftermarket head unit that i'd trade straight up for a monsoon HU...and maybe one for my camaro too, cause it's gonna go back on the street i think as well  anyhow, the rest of the car is awesome too...but that radio sets off the interior...nothing like new school meeting old school in an ultra clean way! |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 Very clean looking car, nice work with the head unit, seems to fit well. Nice job! |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 smooth z, looks awesome! |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 Great looking Z! I have always been a fan of the black w/red stripe heritgae cars. Combined with the black interior yours is hard to beat. Keep up the good work mack. |
Re: Some New Pics of My Heritage Z28 I printed this double din radio bezel for a third-gen Firebird / Trans Am. I do not own a third-gen Firebird / Trans Am so I matched the size to a one and a half Din stock bezel. I know the size is right and the mounting points are correct but I don't know how the final fit will be. As with anything 3d printed, it will need to be finish sanded, and painted to match your interior.. If your interested in my proto type PM me and we can work something out https://cimg5.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.thi...40b4569969.jpg FRONT https://cimg6.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.thi...388824c73a.jpg https://cimg8.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.thi...179700005d.jpg BACK |
