Finished the car and is now road-worthy!

Well I figured before I put the car away in the garage for the night, I'll take a few pics of the finished car (for now...still got many plans for it). Here ya go!
For those of you who don't know about the car this year, I had transmission issues, so the car has spent most if not all of the summer on jack stands, trying to find out what was wrong. Finally figured out it was the "z-bar", or the clutch lever. Had a big, nasty crack in it, so I got it welded and reenforced, so we put it back together. Started the car up and had a HORRIBLE exhaust leak, so we put it back on jack stands and replaced the stock manifolds and y-pipe/cat with Hedman headers/y-pipe and a Magnaflow spun cat, along with getting rid of all of the smog junk. Just got it all done and now there's an exhaust leak where I couldn't get a clamp on the y-pipe right underneath the oil pan, but other than that it's totally road worthy. Oh, and I put new 17" SLP Firehawk wheels and 275/40/17 Nexen N3000 tires on it with 2" eBay wheel adapters. Here she is...

Yes, I know the smog pump is still there. Yes, I know the exhaust looks like **** (I'm gonna get an entirely new exhaust in the future), and yes, I know the stripes on the front driver's corner is wavy.
Tomorrow I'm getting the exhaust leak welded up and I'm washing/buffing/waxing/cleaning out interior. Gotta get it ready to cruise around for the last part of the year while I can!

Very nice Daytona! However I think the exhaust tips don't quite fit with the look of the car. At least try to get them a little more even.

You're the second person to say that about my plate. I never really saw the 101 as LOL, but now I see it. Pretty funny! The government gave me that plate, believe it or not. No special order or anything.

I know, I'm planning on getting a new intermediate pipe made. The one that my friend and I fabbed up in the driveway isn't very nice. LoL it works for now though.

Looking great man! Love the wheels. I know you said you're gonna replace the exhaust, thats my only critique. Oh, and I think you need a 91-92 TA/Formy spoiler.

You live in Superior? Sweet! There is actually a cruise on the 24th of this month for the MNGMP forum. You should join on there...there's a few people from the surrounding states, and a bunch of good guys. Should go there and sign up! Site is www.mngmp.org

Nice ride Bro. nice on the outside as well as under the hood. no criticisim here. I like the rims and the color scheme. it's neat, clean, and it looks so cool.

I'm about to get started on mine in another week or two. I own a 92 RS, 3.1L, and I'm picking up an 87 Iroc to swap out all the parts onto, and that will be My daily driver.
( The 92 doesn't have a title so I can't get it registered. too bad as it's a completely running car and just about everything works on it. go figure ). *S*

Best wishes with your ride Bro. again, looking good. *S*

Car looks good and so do the Firehawk wheels. Need to get some centercaps though.
