Sac Raceway - Sat Oct 13 GTG
 

Sat Oct 13 is the last night Sac Raceway has for a grudgenight we had one meet earlier this year at the track and had about 15 cars with maybe 4 cars racing and all pitched in for food to cook on the bbq. I kno it was hard jus gettin a bbq there last time they got dogs and fries there to keep me satisfied if not all in to the bbq but would be nice to have one more lil GTG with you guys. Like I said don't need to race or even really bring your thirdgen jus come out bs watch some races.

I'll plan to be there. Maybe we can keep it casual and just pick a spot to get some grub before/after the track.

Well I got talked out of racing in lodi so I will be racin on the 13th be cheaper and a nicer track

I think I can swing by in the impala at least to converse with you guys, Don't know if I would be comfortable with the Iroc yet.

I havnt even moved it to my new place yet. After the axle swap I have found it is stumbling real bad under a wot snap. it runs fine until I push into the throttle. Havn't had a chance to diagnose it, Hoping it is something simple like a clogged fuel filter. Need to look at those AFR's.

ahh okay. I didn't see you posting anything about it not running right so I was confused! moving, kid on the way. Poor IROC!

Gotta find that time to tinker with the Iroc, I won't make a thread about the issue until I find myself failing at diagnosing.

Anyways, I tinkered with my roc today, I test drove it first and everything drove just fine. So, my phantom stumble under boost fixed itself. I think I will go through and check all my connections just in case.

Well, I'm out. My oldest son is graduating Navy boot camp this Friday, so me and the rest of the fam is flying out to Great Lakes, Chicago this Thursday and coming back saturday night.

Take some pics and Git R dun! Nothing's changed much on my rig, low 10's on the motor, can't seem to data log correctly, so we don't spray it too much.

Del travis and I made it out travis made a few runs... they were racin that night guys goin all out few blown motors and on dude rolled 5 times still put down a 12.0

Dude flipped his car rolled 5 times down the track ended upsidedown he unbuckled couldn get out the ambulance had to smash the window guy was fine walkin around

Check what I found, my second pass of the night cameo feature in someone elses video. I took him hard off the line. Too bad I had to let up at the end due to my rpm issue I had that night.

Yup that was me in my buddy's Blown C5.... Got me good off the line though... And on top of that I wasn't in the groove.... Would've been a good race had you not let off

The best so far is 11.7 but it needs better tires on it. The Nittos don't give it enough traction.

Governer's Cup at Sacramento Raceway, tuned it down to run 10.60, but it was hot and ran 10.8's w/ a red light. oh well.
