Can not access www.thirdgen.org

As the title states I can not access www.thirdgen.org, it shows page can not be displayed (AGAIN). I deleted my cookies and that did not fix my problem. And I would also like to know why the problems with this web site always gets locked, it is like somebody does not want to hear it and if these problems keep happening people will go to other sites when this has a problem and we can't get to it. I know I have had to go to different sites this weekend because I could not get here.

There's a problem with the server displaying the main page.

Just use https://www.thirdgen.org/forums to access the message boards directly.

First, I just noticed the main page appearing as a blank page again. It was fine all day today, as it was yesterday (atleast in my experience and from a few others I was getting feedback from).

Jason uninstalled the APC module (which is believed to have been the issue over the weekend, and in another period in history) and installed a different PHP cache module. Looks like something still isn't playing nice.

I wasn't the one to lock the threads, so I can only speculate. I don't think it has to do with not wanting to hear about the issues. This forum exists for part of the purpose and you can see it was being used for that purpose. It may have been locked because the issue may have been believed to have been resolved, and we were starting fresh. Also, you'll notice there was more than a couple threads about the same issue, which really wasn't necessary. The other threads, in regard to the "choppy" behavior were locked due to arguing and misinformation. Jason, Dave and myself are still looking into that one, but the suspected area causing that isn't easy to resolve, and will take some time as it's not a bandwidth or load issue causing the "choppy" behavior.

Thanks for the feedback.
