Just went on to post a reply and the following thread was closed

Just wondering why; I know it was a controversial issue, but the heat had seemed to die down. Not trying to be disrespectful, but I'm not seeing an obvious explaination for it at the moment.

In the future, please make sure moderation issues are brought to the staff rather than posting publicly. We ask that as a courtesy to the unpaid staff as it's hard enough to moderate without having people jumping in.
