I went. It was the best car show EVER!!! Definitely gonna go again next year....

:gocrazy::mad:HELPPPPPPPPPPP Hey so i bought a 1984 camaro sport coupe with a 305 carb and A/T 700r4 transmission. i put a 289 hot cam, 200cc heads, lifters, rockes, ect pylled the stock carb and distributor out put a 600cfm edelbrock and dropped in a hei distributor. i did everything but the crank and did it all with the engine in the car. Transmission worked fine before all this work. But now my transmission will only shift to P,R,N,OD,1 BUT when its in overdrive it wont shift out of first gear. If i try to manually shift it to L1,L2,D well L2 and D do not work and sometimes feels like it pops out of first. And speedometor is not working. I just put a new filter and fluid in the transmission lastnight thinking it may help.

Is your TV cable hooked up to your new carb or did you leave it off?

Was this your 1st time experience the F-Body Beach Bash show? If so,spread the news about your time at the show by word of mouth and flyers.It take a one time visited to be hooked about going to this show for now on.The organizer mention about making this a week long event if we can get well over thousand GM fans to participate.

I went last year. Was fun but wasn't run very smooth or didn't go smoothly. May have to try again

What went wrong last year at the event? I was at the F-Body Beach Bash event last year and i had a great time.

I guess it was scheduling issues with the track we were not allowed in. So couldn't do any auto crossing or going around the track and then there was not any dragracing

A lot of people on facebook talked about how much fun they had on track day at the F-Body Beach Bash event. People mention on facebook that the organizer was letting 3 car go at the same time going around the speedway.The speedway was going under some construction last year which might cause some issue with scheduling or what.

Yes it is hooked up and i have it tight so it should be working. speedometor isnt working anymore as well.:huh:

No the tranny is fine i know for a fact that it is since before my engine build the tranny worked perftect but now that my tps light is showing and i removed it as i put a edelbrock carb on instead of the quad jet the tranny now will not shift. Anyone know how to bypass the tps on a 1984 camaro sport coupe with a 305 carb engine never was tbi

Any pics or videos on this years event? I was unable to attend. Pretty sad considering I am 5 minutes from the speedway! LOL

Everything is all on Facebook about the F-Body Beach Bash 2015. According to comment on Facebook from the event,It was a successful event with much more cars in previous year.Everybody really rave about the track event because the organizer let more than 1 car go around the track at the same time.
