Calling out all SFC guru's

I used the search button but it didnt answer my question...To all of those that made your own SFC's,do you have any pics of where you attached the SFC's to?I am going to make my own SFC but i dont know where to tie the connectors to...All and any info will be greatly appreciated

attach them to the same place factory made SFCs attach. i'd look at some catalogs and copy or modify an already made design.

I have 2 gen 3s with sfc, if I get a chance to get out in the shop this weekend I will take some pics. In my Camaro I cut and notched the floors and installed a 2x3 square tube and my Firebird a a perimeter frame. both have 10 pnt cages and believe me these cars do not flex.

Here's the best way to do it, I think:

perimeter styles like spohns going the length of the rocker panel, plus ones going diagonal from the rear LCA boxes to the back of the trans tunnel subframe like Alstons, then branches from the perimeter bars to the inner bars, for max stiffness.

There is a pic of my S&W SFCs installed in this thread:

I plan on cutting of the ends of those branches that go to the rocker, grinding them some, and then adding the Spohn SFCs as well. I know I'll be gaining weight but I can lose it elsewhere and stiffness is essential.
