ok to run 255s on the back& 245 front is this ok?245/50/16 on back and 245/50s on the front.I went to get new back tires and they put 255s on instead of the 245s.I like the way it looks.and I assume its alright? They stick out a little more but are still way inside the well lip. ------------------ ~mike~86 IROC-Z |
Sure, I've got 265's in the back and 225's in the front. |
245/50R16 front and 255/50R16 rear is exactly what I'm running now. The only possible problem you could run into is slight rubbing on the inner fenderwell on the left rear tire on hard right turns. I "massaged" that problem away with a couple of minutes worth of tapping with a small hammer on the spot where the tire rubbed. ------------------ Member Southern California 3rd Generation F Bodies Co-President Golden State 3rdgens AOL IM: Andy89RS http://home.earthlink.net/~andyh475/...es/banner6.jpg |
