back halfing and 4 link

hows it going guys. im in the beginning stages of looking into the next phase of my Camaro build. I want to back half and 4 link it. I will be building a 4 link from scratch and keeping my fuel cell enclosure. my first question is for the people who already back halfed theres is, where did you cut out for the lower crossmember to be welded in? heres a few pics of what im starting with from the first phase:

first pic is the original control arm location. it also has my competition engineering subframe connectors welded to it:

next are pics of the cell location. this will most likely be moved forward a little:

Why do you want to backhalf it?

Much bigger tires and much more tunable suspension.

You can run a 9-10" tire on a marginal track and a few people would prefer to do it but when you can stuff a tall 14-16" wide tire under the fenders, a track where street tired vehicle have problems getting traction, you can still power your way down the track.

I've made 9 second passes on a track where the street cars just spun off the line.
