Fuel Pump Wires

Can anyone tell me where the fuel pump power wires run from (i.e. under the dash, in the engine bay, etc) I know where the fuel pump relay is, but I need to know where the power comes from. This is for a motor swap, but the people who have done the swap all seem to have bought expensive harnesses that I simply cannot afford. I just need to extend a few wires from their stock thirdgen location. Please if you know where they are, let me know.
Thanks

A1 from the ECM is +V and A12 is ground...from my '89 Helms manual, to energize the FP relay.

right, I know the wiring harness from the old ECU had lines for it, as does the new ECM as does the new one, but it works a little differently.
On the new ECU whose name was changed to PCM, since the PCM is in the engine bay, it has connectors that go through the firewall for the fuel pump relay. So this means I have to do some cort of hack here. To do the hack, I need to know where the wires physically in the car are that run back to power the motor of the fuel pump. There should be 2 wires a +12 and a Ground that go all the way to the back of the car, and then on top of the gas tank, and into the fuel pump. I need to know their point of origin. I don't think I can reword this any other way, I hope I am being clear this time.

I thought the FP was grounded to the body, near the tank.

Two wires going to the tank would be one for power the other for the sending unit.

Power out of the FP relay should tie to the output of the oil pressure switch then to the fuel pump.

The actual physical location I've not had to trace, but Pin A on the FP Relay is the output to the pump, which ties to the output of the oil pressure switch...then goes to the pump.

If the original wiring harness is still in the car, can't you just wire from your new PCM to the FP Relay pins B and C?
