Ëasy cold start rough warm start

Anyone know why my car starts up perfectly fine with minimal smoke but requires slight pressure on the gas to start when warmed up and smokes more than when cold? It takes 3-4 seconds longer to turn over when the engine's warm. Thanks in advance.

Yellow,

My WAG would be a fuel leakage problem through the injectors. The best way to determine this is with a pressure leakdown test at the fuel rail.

It is possible that some of the smoke is due to excessively worn valve guides and seals. However, the leaked oil would not disappear and evaoprate like gasoline after sitting for an extended period. Smoke would likely be worse on a cold start with worn valve guides, so I'm guessing a fuel-rich condition. This is somewhat supported by the fact that admitting more air )opening the throttle) helps the situation after heat soak.
