Any info would be great! SSC https://www.thirdgen.org/messgboard/smile.gif |
ahhhhhhhhhhh i looked at the bottom of my engine on the right side of the oil pan..and to my hororr seen a 305...stamped.............damn........ |
I thought you already knew it was a 305. They are better than swirl port and smaller valve heads, that's all. They can be cleaned up for better flow, but probably still won't equal World 305's. Also, 14014418 wasn't listed on Mortec. I'd suggest another good look - a "6" can look like an "8" in a casting number. ------------------ 82 Berlinetta, orig V-6 car, now w/86 LG4/TH700R4. 2.93 limited slip. 2-1/2" cat-back, ZZ3 intake, Accel HEI SuperCoil. My pocket manual says they are 86 305 only castings w 1.84/1.5 valves and 59cc chambers. No power ratings.
