1991 Trans Am with real or false knock

I already have a long, but pretty detailed post in the DFI/ECM section (post titled '1991 Trans Am 5.7 / 7730 ECM / Data Logging') of this forum discussing my journey in the attempts to get my 1991 Trans Am (5.7L) running good. To date, I've been working with a patient forum member who is trying to help with revised ECM programming.

Long story short......we cannot seem to determine what is causing the knock sensor to keep registering knocks and telling the ECM to pull out timing. All of the datalogs using several revised bins seem to point to false knock. Lots of datalogs, revised bins, and parts in used so far trying to solve this issue.

If anyone in this forum would be willing to read through the posting I have in the DFI/ECM section and provide some feedback/suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate it. I hate throwing in the towel by eliminating the knock sensor from the ECM via programming, but that's about where I'm at.
