not bad day on saturday
 

our local club decided we were gonna hit the dyno for a gathering on saturday..

on the way there i ran into an older guy driving a 02 wrx
matched him on the line..he threw a rev..i didnt wanna go cuz my iroc isnt a race car. my gf started laughing sayin that that import piece of sh*t can hang with you so i had to tell her that if properly tuned its a fast car...

anyways..

i did run him, and beat him by around 2 cars shuttin down at approximately 100km (60mph for you americans)

went to the dyno did well and on the way home ran into a 95 civic si hatch fully modded body with a half decent motor.

he wanted to play so i let him past me. (2 lanes) so i dropped into 2nd chirping whilst dropping it and i stayed right on his azz.

got to a light, hes like that thing is a dog, it doesnt pull worth a shi* lets see what she has on green.

so..i did just that..revved to 5500 dropped it went sideways through the intersection and looking in my rear view i see buddy not even anywhere near me so i shut down and pulled into a gas station.
he came in and apologized and we talked for a bit..really nice guy

so as you can see..not all import guys are azzes

Looked at the mods listed for your car. Was wondering if you have any pics? Some of the mods sound interesting and i just wanted to see better as to what they are and what they look like.

i dont think that guy was pushing it very hard. was it an sti? i dont see how a close to stock 305 beat a turbo 4 wheel drive car off the line (0-60)? He probably wasnt racing.

207hp to the wheels and 280ftlbs but i didnt notice that my one spark plug wire nearest the firewall on the pass side was off (only noticed it today while cleanin for my show this upcomin weekend)

oh well.. i have a new motor goin in this winter anyways that will kill the lil 305 i have in it now

you must not be the sharpest knife in the drawer if you didnt notice you were running on 7 cylinders. I mean come on. Dont try and make excuses for your low power. Its a 305, they dont produce a massive amount of power practically stock. i dont believe you one bit, especially not on 7 clyinders.

and you must be an even bigger idiot to not have seen that i dont really care what my little 305 put out and that my 350lt1 will be going in this winter..

and for your information it was only running on 7 cylinders but like i said it doesnt matter cuz im not keeping this motor.

id hate to see what that lt1 is going to do on the dyno. *** knows with your mechanic skills, that thing will be running on 5 cylinders and put down 350 rwhp. always keep your helmet on and try not to hurt yourself.

Actually it will always be running on all 8 because once the motor goes in, it will be driven anywhere and everywhere on a trailor.

And, as for this topic, im washing my hands clean on it, and of you. You are nothing but an arrogant red necked piece of garbage that has no positive things to say and probably never will.

sorry to tell u bro, but I think you ruined that poor camaro. looks more like a r1ced out honda now. with all the cash u spent on that ugly bodykit, paint, rims and wings u could of probably swapped in a LS1 and really be kicking some butt:doh:

Uhhhh There is no way a high 15 sec car (yours) can beat a turbo impreza (WRX) theyre running mid to high 13s and if it was an STI it would be running a low 13. I can gaurentee you that if you take your car to the track with all of that **** hanging off of it and the WING you wouldnt muster up a 15 sec quarter. Ive seen irocs twice the car of yours with 5 speed 305s running in the mid 15s.:idiot:

Read his whole statement again, I beleive he was referring to the entire body kit, not just the wing. Also I believe that you have a slightly different drivetrain than the original poster. Course, he might have done some of the work himself..............

it was a joke. The irocs around here none of them can run a sub 15 sec. quarter. I was saying that i doubt he can even crack the 15s with all of that stuff on his car..

Although, I do agree, you know what the car sounds like when its running on 7 cylinders, but he posted about the race not his dyno numbers, he also admitted his car has no power (well, yet) and is a show car...

Im not going to further embarass you by replying with how much better my car is than yours or how much faster mine is, but that would be pretty lame, and the fact is you know the truth, and lying about your car on the internet does not make you cool. You could sit here and say how your car stomps ricers all day bone stock and wins every car show you attend, but when it comes time to go to work in the morning, if you even have a job, you come back to reality and drive there in the **** bowl.
