Roll Cage

Planning to install a roll cage in my 86 IROC. I am having a difficult time finding someone to build it for me. So, I did find that Hawks has some you can order and weld in. http://www.hawksmotorsports.com/82-9...ts/roll-cages/ . Has anyone used one of these and what did you think of the fitment. Pics would be great. It looks like the materials are fine, but I am primarily wondering about how well it fits.

Most of them are trim to final fit type.

Re: Roll Cage

Custom cages are usually the way to go- plus you can adjust fitment and options, as well as make sure it meets the criteria of whatever style racing and the organization under which you need to pass tech.
Problem is you have to kiss the car goodbye as a street car at that point. A street driven car with a cage is a phenomenally bad idea.
