Tuning in GTA

Does anyone have a tuner in the GTA that can tune an 89 GTA? Its a 165 MAF car that has got a Hypertech chip in it right now but want to do something different.

I would install ebl4 flash
i run that on my car have gone 10s np
i tune ebl in a few cars
