TPI manifold bolts... which go where?

Some of them are longer than the others... which bolts go in which holes? I already know for certain that the 4 middle bolt holes are for the shorter bolts... but I have a couple of the longer bolts and I'm not sure where they go. any ideas?

The manifold-to-head bolts, or the runner-to-plenum bolts, or the runner-to-intake bolts?

should have been more clear... the base to head bolts.

I think you mean the runner to plenum bolts. I took mine off in order but I have it together now and I don't remember which is which.

Mine weren't!?!?! WTF

IROCZ88 04-05-2001 02:05 PM

OOPS!! BIG OOPS!!! I meant my runner to intake bolts, not my runner to plenum bolts!! haha my bad!!

MrJ 04-05-2001 02:42 PM

why are you telling me what you think I mean? I know what I mean. I mean the bolts that hold the intake manifold to the heads. Several of them are slightly longer than the others.

IROCZ88 04-05-2001 03:22 PM

Because mine are ARP and they were all the same length. The only ones I know of that vary are the runner to intake bolts so that's what I thought you were talking about.

Ok I figured it out. 4 of the bolts are longer... they are the ones that go in each corner of the manifold.
