need help with 1992 B4C-1LE (ALDL)

hey everyone so my dad and I are trying to set the IAC and TPS but when we go under the dash to jump the computer into diagnostic mode, the ALDL plug is missing a lot of connections. I have a factory service manual and a bunch of stuff off this site. so this is the question I need to find the color of the diagnostic wire and I think it is orange. and the ground is black with white tracer. if anyone has had this issue or can help out it would be great thank you.

The ALDL connector is not a fully populated connector. It only has 5-6 wires, even though there are more locations available. The ones you want to jumper are the two upper right hand pins(A and B).

Your ALDL port may have been installed upside down. Mine was flipped over like that for easier access. That would put the Fuel test port in the upper right corner ( where A should be), with a blank next to it, and the A/B ports now in the lower left corner.

Here's a diagram, although it sounds like you should have this already.
