trans flush

I am looking in to getting a professional trans flush done to my 88 maros auto trans. I want all the fluid removed and all the gaskets and filter changed, but I don't know who to go to. there are plenty of Joe scmoe places around me, and a couple aamco and cottman places near also. I don't know were to go, should I go to the big name places? has anyone ever had this do to their maro? what kind of prices should I expect?

Stay clear of AAmco. not all places have the ability to do a trans flush so you'll need to call and find out who can do it and ask around about them. Generally it costs around $100 (it uses several gallons of fluid.)

yes, make sure they have a trans "flush machine" alot of places drop the pan and filter only and call it a complete flush
