7.5 or 7.65 rear end???

My RPO codes for my 86 IROC tell me

1) GU5 - 3.23 axle ratio
2) G80 - limited slip rear

My question is do I have 7.5 or 7.65 rear? Or does it even matter? Also, do I have a series 2 or 3 carrier? How can I tell? What would my spline count be?I'm new to playing with rear end gears and what not so I'm not sure what all to look for.

7.5/7.62 are the same, 26 spline, series depends on the ratio
