My 700R4 is slightly overfilled. It reads in the "hot" zone when it's cold and it's above hot once it's warmed up. I added about 3/4 quart too much. Should I take it out? Or will I be alright?

too much fluid is worse than too little fluid, the problem is that itll cause the fluid to aerate and create foaming and all sorts of problems.

besides it only takes like half an hour to just disconnect the top tranny fluid line from the radiator and have some one crank it once with the key, then the fluid will gush out and all you have to do is catch it. then attach the tranny line. and your done
