The boost sleave goes into the pump but can be done in the car. The accumulator depends on which one you are talking about. Do you mean the Servo by any chance? |

OK, the Servo is on the drivers side, held in with a snap ring. It will require unbolting the crossmember and pushing the tranny to the side to get it in and out. That will be the hardest part of the job. Hopefully you don't already have the 'Vette Servo in there! The pan and VB will have to come off for the accumulators. One is in a housing on the passenger side rear and the other is above it and the Separator Plate in the case. The Boost Valve goes in the pump near the filter inlet. For the work involved I would be putting a TransGo Shift Kit/Reprogramming Kit to really FIX and improve the tranniesperformance and life. JMHO. |
