TH-350 to 700R4 Swap??

I bought my Iroc equipped with a TH-350, and I just got a 1991 700R4 yesterday that I am going to be swapping in. Along with the TH-350 the car also came equipped with a non computer controlled carb. setup as well. With that said I have a few questions.

I see under the car a 4 prong connector, even though there are only 3 wires going into it. Is this what controls lockup on the 700R4? The guy I bought the car from left the computer under the dash and some of the other wires the car came originally equipped with, so even though the engine isn't being run off the computer, if I hooked up the connector to the trans, would the computer still work the lockup on the trans?

Next, there is a 2 prong connector on my trans as well, is this for the electronic VSS?

What is that tube coming off the top of the trans? Is this some kind of vent? There is only about 4in. of hose coming out of the trans. is this enough or do I need to add length?

Last, What do I need to torque the flexplate to engine bolts to?

Thanks

yes, the 4 prong connector is for the lockup. the computer will not lock up the convertor. because it is not reading anything off the engine side. aftermarket people like b&m and tci make lockup switches. you will also need the driveshaft out of the car that the trans came from or any other car that had a 700r4. unless the th350 is a long tailshaft (6").
yes, the 2 prong is for the electronic speedometer instead of the cable operated that you have now. you should be able to switch the two around. yes, it is a vent for the trans. no need to add any more length to it. don't know the torque for the bolts always just tightened them as tight as i could get them.

Long tail shaft th350's are 9". The 6" is a short tail shaft.

Long tail shaft th350's use the same driveshaft as 700R4's. Short tail shaft th350's use the same driveshaft as the 82-83 f-body with the 200c tranny.
