flywheel for Lt1 with T5

I no i need a one piece rear main seal flywheel but i'm sure about the tooth count. Anyone know any part numbers that will work and not cost an arm and a leg? Any clutch suggestion?

86 Camaro/Firebird V8 T5 flywheel and clutch. The `wheel is 153 tooth.

Was 86 the first year for the one piece rear main seal?

McLeod Offers a flywheel 153T with a 1pc seal. P/N 460360-1A

Got mine for at O'Riely's, it was the cheapest I found for the small block one piece for I think an 87 Firebird.
