clutch master cylinder

well, i had to replace my clutch last year, replaced the slave cylinder at the same sime. a few weeks ago i pushed in the clutch and it felt like something broke and gave. i also lost all pressure. so first thing i do is replace the slave cylinder again, drove it for about 2 weeks, but i had to constantly pump it to get the pressure up to shift. the same thing happened again while i was pumping it to go to school, felt like something gave and broke. got out and noticed a fresh pddle under my car. i thought i had a bad s/c so i replaced it again. the resivuar lost all the remaining brake fluid. got the new s/c on and started filling up as my friend pumped the clutch. well in the end, we gained no pressure in the clutch and the fluid is now leaking out from some where against the firewall. im debating if the problem is the line from the m/c to the s/c since i was able to drive inbetween s/c changes and only had to pump to build pressure. thoughts? i dont want to go through the trouble of replacing it if its just the line. thanks!

Re: clutch master cylinder

its probably the line connecting the cylinders.

mine was rusted out where it connected to the slave cylinder and would loose all pressure through there
