th125c neutralize speed over 60 kmts

daewoo racer with TH125C transaxle 3 gear box runing normal fm 0 to 60 kmts - seems 1 & 2 gear goes normally but when try to go faster than 60 kmts the gearbox neutralizes speed and need to park to start running again. any suggestion of the th125c problem ?

tried to post over the TH125C automatic GM gearbox questions since I saw some replays of members that real seems to know about it.

Pontiac Fiero and Chevy Citation are a couple American cars that use the TH125.-check forums for those cars
