Transmission leaking bad

I have a th400 and some how I stuck it in reverse while it was in gear. Now the transmission leaks. Did I screw up the gears? Will it be a easy fix or will it be a total scrap? Also I cant pinpoint where it is leaking from. Any Ideas? Thanks

If it was just a garage type shift, I can't imagine doing what you did would case it to leak. Unless you were driving down the road at a good clip and you fractured the case.
