What T-56 cross member and Torque Arm do you recommend

Lost 3rd gear in the T-5 today. Picked up a 97 T-56 a while back. Looking for recommendations for cross member and torque arm? What do you guys recommend?

I have the Spohn one. Not perfect IMO, but within a range I can work with. Once I overcame its inherent limitations, it worked quite well.

Limitations included, the fact that the trans mount pad on the Xmember was located WAAAAAAYYYYY to the rear of the place that the Xmember bolts to the "frame" (unavoidable... the trans is simply longer, which can't be changed) which puts torque on the Xmember, trying to twist it off of the "frame"; and that the giant bolt going through the upper bushing, was too close to the transmission, which made it come REAL close to hitting the trans; and that the bolt was not a tight fit in the bushing, which allowed the whole thing to shift, leading to the "clunk" you may have heard about. Each of those things required a little ingenuity but once they were vanquished, it works QUITE well.

I think Holley has the best design these days for a trans crossmember with integrated torque arm mount.

I 2nd that and it also provides for another bolting point to give support on the subframe so you have 4 not 3 bolts each side
